After heading to Wall-mart to get some of the stuff we needed we went over to Megan’s parents place. There we spent the better part of two hours literally digging our way into the room that has a lot of Megan’s old stuff. I seriously have not seen a room before that was as stacked with stuff as this one.
Two hours, a car trunk full of stuff for the Salvation Army and 3 trash bags later we managed to make a good start. Renee still has almost 5 bags of VHS tapes and DVDs to sort out. It’s too bad all of it is region encoded, otherwise I’d be getting an extra suit case just to haul the best pickings over to Holland.
We left around 5 as it was getting dark. Dottie was already working on supper. In the mean time I spent some time fixing some minor computer stuff. Dottie could not fetch any e-mail. After a quick check it was certain it had to do with a few large e-mails (7mb+) that resulted in a seemingly endless e-mail download session.
