Last night and this morning we were called by the vet on Loki’s condition.
Loki is acting fine right now. They have removed the big cyst and neutered him to prevent future cysts from forming.

Well, I just dropped off Loki at the vet clinic. I will be called when the operation has been completed. Until then I will be working, waiting for the phone to go telling me my puppy did fine and can be picked up tomorrow.
I hate waiting.
Today is the big day. Loki goes in for surgery. But first I need to rectify an earlier statement. Loki does not seem to have a tumor but a bunch of big cysts. They are not as malicious as tumors but they do pose a health risk, hence the need to be removed.
It seems that whenever something good happens something bad must happen to counter balance it. In my case it was the other way around but it doesn’t really affect the way I feel.Last friday I learned my dog Loki was diagnosed with a tumor roughly the size of a baseball. This news hit me like a ton of bricks.
