In light of the lack of relevant things to post let me at least celebrate the fact that Askimet filtered out the 100.000th piece of spam last week.
So, three cheers for Askimet, the reason why my blog keeps nice and neat. 😀

Spam galore!
Ack! I just found out that due to a nameserver problem mail was not being forwarded and Apache/PHP could not do name lookups as well. As a result, my blog was unable to check up with Askimet to filter spam. Result: over 50 pieces of comment spam within 8 hours!
