Happy 2008 everyone! Yes, it’s the new year and it in general fills people with hope and determination to make this year better than all the other years. All the New Year resolutions are a statement of that. Of course most new years resolutions die within 48 hours, but its the thought that counts.
Today I got a hold of a post card send by Michael Rasmussen, which is dated about a month ago. Seeing it is topical to write about the man who got kicked out the Tour the France, I thought I would share.

Yesterday, 7 children died in an explosion in a house of worship. The explosion was the result of an accident during work in progress. The people that caused the explosion made a statement regretting the dead children. The damage to the building was minimal.
