A co-worker of mine came across something regarding Windows XP professional and after being unable to figure out what it meant shared it with me. I was stunned.

Clearly Microsoft has aggravated us all for years with unstable and insecure operating systems, vendor locking, the deprivation of our privacy for – quote-unquote – your own safety, discriminate pricing schemes and overall lack of support for their own product.

Today it was revealed: it was all a test.
