ThinkgeekLast december I got myself a nice toy for cubicle warfare from ThinkGeek: my USB missile launcher. Ok, so I do not work in a cubicle… that is beside the point. The thing was a hoot and got a lot of attention. Today I discovered a new toy @ ThinkGeek that seemed really interesting: the Nerf Maverick.

NewsYesterday, 7 children died in an explosion in a house of worship. The explosion was the result of an accident during work in progress. The people that caused the explosion made a statement regretting the dead children. The damage to the building was minimal.

Paris HiltonBig news on the radio yesterday: after 3 days of incarceration Paris Hilton was release from jail. The police has converted her jail time to a 42 days of electronic home arrest, after she was already given a sentence reductionfrom 45 to 23 days on behalf of ‘good behavior’.

The reason for this change in her sentence was due to ‘health problems’, although for reasons of privacy the police could not elaborate on that matter.
